In 1987 we designed and began to build a new gun for us that we called the Black Widow. In 1989 GUNS magazine featured our Black Widow as their playmate of the month and it has been one of our most popular series ever since.
The Black Widow has since become 3 series. The original Black Widow, the Black Widow 2 built on the Ruger®
Vaquero® and the newest of the 3, our Ultimate Black Widow.
The original Black Widow is built on your Blackhawk®
or Super Blackhawk® and is available in either 44 magnum or 45 long colt. It features an unfluted 6 shot cylinder, the barrel length of your choice, and our Gunfighter Grip based on the Super
Blackhawk® gripframe. We add a set of black micarta grips to the Gunfighter Grip and our high polished Black Chromex finish, engrave our Black Widow spiders on the frame and barrel along with your name if you like, add a full action job, Maxi Throat and Deep Dish crown and you have one of the nicest custom guns around. |

If a cowboy style revolver is more to your liking, our Black Widow 2 is your gun. This beauty is built on your blued Ruger®
Vaquero® in either 44 magnum or 45 long colt. Again we add the barrel length of your choice, engrave Black Widow spiders on the frame and barrel, engrave your name on it if you like, and do our high polished Black Chromex finish to it. The Gunfighter Grip has a set of high polished black micarta grips on it and the spiders on both guns are gold inlayed, along with your name if you like. Other calibers and barrel lengths are available at no extra charge.
Whether you go with our original Black Widow or the Black Widow 2, you end up with one of the most striking and classy revolvers around. And as always one third down and we get started on your Black Widow. |
