This is the newest version of our Kodiak Hunter. This full custom Encore is for those that like the bigger calibers and comes chambered in 416 GNR, 450 GNR, 475 GNR, 476 GNR and 510 GNR. Each custom Encore frame is fully deburred and comes with a complete action job and the engraving of your choice on the side ribbon. It comes in our Black Chromex finish or a satin stainless finish. The frame comes with the soft black rubber grips to help with recoil. |

The Kodiak Hunter barrel comes in the caliber and length of your choice and in either satin Black Chromex or satin stainless steel. The Kodiak Hunter barrel comes in a heavy contour or heavy taper contour and with our own highly effective muzzle brake. Each barrel comes with our barrel band front sight and your choice of a gold or white bead. The rear sight is a ghost ring fully adjustable sight. As the barrel band front sight is only available in black the stainless barrels will be a two toned finish with blue barrel band front sight and rear sight. |

This is a loaded 476 GNR and a 375 grain LBT that went thru 4 hindquarters of a large range bull. It went thru hip to hip on one bull hanging and then on to the second bull and thru both hips on that one and then hung up in a pile of fresh hides. It expanded to almost the size of a quarter. Both bulls were probably 650 to 700 pounds, so it went thru a measured 7 feet of meat and bone and 2 inches of stacked fresh hides. |
